In-house Training

The cost of providing in-house training will depend on the exact requirements of the company and individuals however, detailed below are our standard daily rates:

Microsoft: Access, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, Word up to Advanced Level
1-4 Delegates £595 + VAT per day
5-7 Delegates £695 + VAT per day
8-10 Delegates £745 + VAT per day
Courseware: Electronic (PDF) course notes are included in the above prices however, printed and bound copies can be requested at an additional cost.
Microsoft: Project up to Advanced Level
1-4 Delegates £645 + VAT per day
5-7 Delegates £745 + VAT per day
8-10 Delegates £795 + VAT per day
Courseware: Electronic (PDF) course notes are included in the above prices however, printed and bound copies can be requested at an additional cost.
Microsoft Excel Expert
Up to 8 Delegates £745 + VAT per day
Courseware: Electronic (PDF) course notes are included in the above prices however, printed and bound copies can be requested at an additional cost.
Microsoft Excel VBA, Excel PowerPivots, SharePoint End User & SQL Programming
Up to 8 Delegates £850 + VAT per day
Courseware: Electronic (PDF) course notes are included in the above prices however, printed and bound copies can be requested at an additional cost.
Adobe: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Captivate
Up to 8 Delegates £850 + VAT per day
Courseware: The above day rate includes 1 Adobe printed book. Further copies can be requested at an additional cost.
Additional Services / Costs
Laptop Hire £5 per laptop per day
Courier Fees £90 (£45 each way)- over 15 miles from TrainingU offices
Local drop offs (within 15 miles of TrainingU offices) free of charge
Skills Assessments 30 included in course price
£5 per assessments thereafter / no booking
Printed Manuals £10 each
Travel Expenses 45p per mile charged over 60 miles round trip
Course Customisation Available on request – priced individually

For all our courses, we provide free attendance certificates as well as lifetime post course support. This enables everyone who attends a course to contact us with any questions they may have in relation to the training received. We endeavour to respond with an answer within 24 hours.

If the training is held in-house at your premises and you do not have spare IT equipment for the day, then we can offer laptop hire for the training.

To ensure staff attend the most suitable courses based on their abilities and needs, we can assist by completing skills assessments on your behalf. This would involve everyone completing our online assessment and we would then analyse these and report back to you with a summary of our findings.

Open IT Courses

We run regular open courses in our Hertfordshire venue costing from £195 + VAT per person. Included in the course price is:

  • Free online skills assessment
  • Lifetime post training support
  • Course reference guide and certificate
  • Lunch and refreshments throughout the day
