Aims & Objectives

This session is designed for people who organise and host Microsoft Teams meetings & events and need a detailed understanding of the settings and tools available to set up the meeting or event and ensure they run as smoothly as possible.

You’ll learn how to schedule and run effective meetings and events inside and outside of team channels, understand the implications for internal and external meeting participants and explore additional tools such as Meeting Polls, Whiteboard, Breakout Rooms and Chat before, during and after the meeting.

This is a one day course broken up into three 90-minute hands-on interactive sessions.

Note: Some topics are briefly covered on module 1.  Live Events are not covered in this module
To attend this course, you should have already attended our Teams Core Modules 1 and 2 or have equivalent experience.

We currently deliver all training online to comply with the Government's guidelines.

Online training works well for businesses whose staff are mainly working from home.

It allows us to train all of your staff with the same training needs at the same time. Your people simply log on from home, using details provided in advance by our team.

Choose from Watch and Learn sessions for larger groups or interactive hands on sessions for smaller groups.

When permitted we also offer face to face training at your offices.

All sessions can be customised to a half day or 90 minute sprint session and tailored to fit your needs, covering the topic(s) within a course that are most important to your business.
