This course covers the basic requirements to work with SharePoint on a day to day basis. Delegates will learn how to use the major functions that end users will encounter in the SharePoint online environment. The course is instructor lead which will be delivered onsite using your own SharePoint system, so the delegates get the most from their training.


On completion of this course, delegates will be able to identify the terminology, family and permission structures and the key features around document management in SharePoint. It will also look at creating views and workflows and some of the other Office 365 apps such as: Delve and OneDrive.


Delegates must be able to browse the Internet using a web browser, type the URL of a site in the Address Bar and add a web site to the browser favourites.

How we deliver

Training can be delivered in either of the following ways:

  • Online

    Online training is ideal if you have staff in different geographical locations who have the same Microsoft or Adobe training requirements.

    Our expert trainers can deliver Watch and Learn sessions to up to 100 people. Alternatively, they can produce an interactive session that allows delegates to complete practical exercises within the Microsoft or Adobe apps of your choosing.

  • Face to face

    Choose from one or half day training sessions or our popular 90-minute Sprint sessions, which can be delivered in your offices or at another location of your choice.

    All we need is a room with a table and chairs and we look after the rest. We can even provide laptops and a projector should you not have spare IT equipment to use.
