Our Introductory course to Office 365 offers end users an overview of how to navigate and use the system. In addition to this, we offer individual courses on the many apps available such as OneDrive for Business, Teams, Yammer, Planner and SharePoint.

Office 365 Introduction

Learn how to:

This 3 hour course looks at getting started with Office 365 and working with both the online and desktop versions of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

OneDrive for Business

Learn how to:

This 3 hour course looks at navigation on OneDrive for Business and looking at its file storage capabilities, how to save, manage and share files from either OneDrive online or from the desktop.

SharePoint - End User

Learn how to:

This 1 day course is designed to introduce new users to the major features that they will encounter in the SharePoint environment.

Skype for Business

Learn how to:

This 3 hour course looks at using Skype for Business as a business communication tool by working with its online meeting, instant messaging (IM) and voice over IP (VoIP) telephony features.

Teams

Learn how to:

This 3 hour course looks at the collaboration facilities of Teams and how, via instant messaging, scheduled audio and video meetings and files sharing, it can bring together colleagues, conversations and content.

Planner

Learn how to:

This 3 hour course covers the main features of Planner to enable users to work collaboratively with colleagues on all types of projects using this project management application.

Windows 10

This 2 hour course looks at the new Windows 10 environment and the new features available.

Introduction to OneNote

This 3 hour course looks at the concepts of creating a Notebook, which is like an electronic version of a paper notebook, and adding a variety of content types which can be prioritised and shared with colleagues.

Yammer

Yammer is a private social network that enables companies to effectively communicate as one within project or topic lead communities. It allows users to connect, engage, share, collaborate and search topics all within the familiar Office interface.

Delve

Delve is the application that is used to manage your Office 365 profile. The application also allows you to discover and organise information and documents that are most relevant to you from across other Office 365 applications.

Stream

Stream is an Enterprise Video service allowing people within an organisation to upload, view and share videos securely.  Stream makes it easy to share comments on a video, discuss with colleagues, tag descriptions and time codes.

Sway

Sway allows you to build striking newsletters, presentations and documents quickly.  You can add content from anywhere on your device or web. Sway dynamically adapts to any screen and can be shared and co-edited using an easy URL address.

Forms

Forms allows you to create surveys, polls and quizzes, and see the results in live time.  Invitees can respond in any web browser.  There is built in analytics for the responses and data can be easily exported into Excel.

Flow

Create automated workflows between your favourite apps and services to get notifications, synchronise files, collect data and more.  Flow can help to turn repetitive tasks into multistep workflows. As well as Office 365 applications you can also integrate apps such as Twitter and Mailchimp.

How we deliver

Office 365 can be delivered at your offices in either of the following ways:

  • Face to Face

    Choose from one or half day training sessions or our popular 90-minute Sprint sessions, which can be delivered in your offices or at another location of your choice.

    All we need is a room with table and chairs and we look after the rest. We can even provide laptops and a projector should you not have spare IT equipment to use.

  • Online

    Online training is ideal if you have staff in different geographical locations who have the same Office 365 training requirements.

    Our expert trainers can deliver Watch and Learn sessions to up to 100 people. Alternatively, they can produce an interactive session that allows delegates to complete practical exercises.
