Our Mentoring in the Workplace course is designed for people who wish to become an effective and inspirational mentor in the workplace as well as those who will be mentored (mentoree).
This 1-day course comes in two parts. The first session is for people wishing to become a mentor. You’ll learn about the role of a mentor and will work on developing the skills to enter and establish a new mentoring relationship; to the benefit to the mentee and the organisation.
The second session is for people who will be mentored. You’ll learn about the role of a mentoree and what is expected of you. You’ll also learn how to assess if the relationship is working and how to become a mentor yourself in future if desired.
Session 1 – Mentoring for Mentors (9am – 2pm)
Session 2 – Mentoring for Mentorees (2pm – 4:30pm)
We currently deliver all training online to comply with the Government's guidelines.
Online training works well for businesses whose staff are mainly working from home.
It allows us to train all of your staff with the same training needs at the same time. Your people simply log on from home, using details provided in advance by our team.
Choose from Watch and Learn sessions for larger groups or interactive hands on sessions for smaller groups.
When permitted we also offer face to face training at your offices.
All sessions can be customised to a half day or 90 minute sprint session and tailored to fit your needs, covering the topic(s) within a course that are most important to your business.
