Aims

The purpose of this course is to help managers support others through organisational change. To have insight to drive change in business by understanding attitudes and responses and bringing about positive change within the organisation.

Objectives

Delegates will identify the causes of change and have the ability to manage the process through to successful achievement of goals and objectives.

Change Management versus Change Leadership

Learn how to:

  • Identify internal and external forces for organisational change.
  • Break down any resistance that people may have to change in the organisation.
  • Reflect on your own response to change.
  • Explore change approaches and techniques to use in leading change.

The Change Plan

Learn how to:

  • Ways to organise and co-ordinate resources and activities to achieve planned change.
  • How individuals and teams respond to change.
  • The importance of communication in the change process.
  • Adapt change leadership to a variety of issues and challenges.
  • Work constructively with resistance to change using the Change CycleTM model.
  • Develop confidence as a leader of change.
  • Introduce an action plan for change.

Continuous Change Strategies

Learn how to:

  • Support change initiatives in your business.
  • Methods to monitor and control progress of change against plan

How we deliver

Training can be delivered at your offices in either of the following ways:

  • Online

    Online training is ideal if you have staff in different geographical locations who have the same Microsoft or Adobe training requirements.

    Our expert trainers can deliver Watch and Learn sessions to up to 100 people. Alternatively, they can produce an interactive session that allows delegates to complete practical exercises within the Microsoft or Adobe apps of your choosing.

  • Face to face

    Choose from one or half day training sessions or our popular 90-minute Sprint sessions, which can be delivered in your offices or at another location of your choice.

    All we need is a room with a table and chairs and we look after the rest. We can even provide laptops and a projector should you not have spare IT equipment to use.
