Aims & Objectives

Covid-19 has driven thousands of organisations to operate differently, with millions of employees forced to move out of the office and into a remote working environment.

It seems likely that post pandemic, many companies will choose to operate with a hybrid approach, where team members are given the opportunity to work partly from home and partly in the office.

This will radically disrupt how teams operate, even compared to having worked entirely remotely for over a year.

Our Hybrid Teams sprint training explores the benefits of hybrid working practises, the challenges it brings and how these challenges can be overcome.

We deliver the session online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom as a 90 Minutes webinar style session. Alternatively it can be adapted to a 3 hour session to allow for more interaction and group discussions.

What will I learn?

Hybrid Teams

  • Definition – What exactly is a hybrid team?
  • Benefits – What are some of the potential advantages of embracing hybrid working practises?
  • Issues – What are some of the challenges of managing teams within a hybrid working model?
  • Focus areas – The key areas that need to be considered to overcome the challenges.

How We Deliver

We currently deliver all training online to comply with the Government's guidelines.

Online training works well for businesses whose staff are mainly working from home.

It allows us to train all of your staff with the same training needs at the same time. Your people simply log on from home, using details provided in advance by our team.

Choose from Watch and Learn sessions for larger groups or interactive hands on sessions for smaller groups.

When permitted we also offer face to face training at your offices.

All sessions can be customised to a half day or 90 minute sprint session and tailored to fit your needs, covering the topic(s) within a course that are most important to your business.
