This course is designed for people newly appointed to a management role who wish to manage individuals effectively or who have been in their role for a short time and wish to build upon their skills. It will help you develop your skills as an influential and inspiring leader and great people manager.
You’ll learn how to confidently perform as a manager, set objectives, manage performance, prioritise work, develop their people and delegate effectively.
To prepare for this course you’ll be asked to complete two surveys, read an article and come prepared with specific scenarios and thoughts about great managers you have encountered.

It allows us to train all of your staff with the same training needs at the same time. Your people simply log on from home, using details provided in advance by our team.
Choose from Watch and Learn sessions for larger groups or interactive hands on sessions for smaller groups.
When permitted we also offer face to face training at your offices.
All sessions can be customised to a half day or 90 minute sprint session and tailored to fit your needs, covering the topic(s) within a course that are most important to your business.
