To help develop communication skills and confidence when dealing with conflict situations faced in the workplace. It allows individuals to look at strategies for handling stressful situations and defusing tensions calmly and professionally.

Communication

Learn how to:

  • Increasing Self Awareness.
  • Determine the barriers to communication and underlying factors of conflict.
  • Assess situations more accurately by identifying aggressive or negative body language.

Conflict Situations

Learn how to:

  • Identify the nature and background of the conflict
  • Recognise the value of being proactive in preventing conflict situations.
  • Prevent issues escalating and to resolve conflict that is in progress.
  • Awareness of how others respond during and after stressful events and how to end the conflict.
  • Strengthening your position in the communication and working towards compromise

Conflict Resolution

Learn how to:

  • Tips and methods for facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Common intervention language.
  • Identify the stage of conflict and choose the appropriate technique to resolve the situation.
  • Implementing decisions by creating a plan of action.

How we deliver

Training can be delivered at your offices in either of the following ways:

  • Online

    Online training is ideal if you have staff in different geographical locations who have the same Microsoft or Adobe training requirements.

    Our expert trainers can deliver Watch and Learn sessions to up to 100 people. Alternatively, they can produce an interactive session that allows delegates to complete practical exercises within the Microsoft or Adobe apps of your choosing.

  • Face to face

    Choose from one or half day training sessions or our popular 90-minute Sprint sessions, which can be delivered in your offices or at another location of your choice.

    All we need is a room with a table and chairs and we look after the rest. We can even provide laptops and a projector should you not have spare IT equipment to use.
