The Sprint Sessions we delivered for Epson Europe BV’s ‘Learning Month’ provided employees with an opportunity to participate in as much or as little personal development training as they felt necessary. They were given a variety of slots for each topic so that they could book on to the session which fitted best into their busy schedules.
Epson Europe BV had taken the time to really listen to their employees needs and the problems they were facing within their roles. As a result, they were able to provide appropriate solutions for each individual, in turn raising team morale, provide opportunities for networking and generating excitement for learning within their organisation.
The delegates’ valuable feedback from the sessions provided their Learning and Development team with an insight into the kind of training areas they should be focusing on throughout the year in order to meet their employees needs.
