Suzanne has many years’ management and leadership experience which has evolved into a highly experienced development specialist/HR consultant, facilitator and coach. Her career spans a broad range of organisations and sectors.
Suzanne’s drive and commitment is to all level of employees to harness their full potential, becoming the best, they can be and ultimately achieve results for their teams, themselves and the organisation. Suzanne has an agile ability to work across diverse groups, countries and levels.
She has extensive practical experience of being a leader, facilitator, coach and delivering on strategic projects for over 25 years. Suzanne is qualified through CIPD, Myers Briggs Step I, Accredited Professional Executive Coach, certified Mindfulness Trainer and is a CIPD mentor.
Suzanne is values-led, pragmatic and has a high level of emotional intelligence; combined with her natural curiosity, humour and creativity, she offers an empathetic, engaging and collaborative approach. Her workshops, learning and coaching reflect this, they have impact, everyone leaves knowing and doing something that will change them for the better. Workshop feedback has been quoted ‘to be life changing’ and ‘long term thought provoking’.
In the time Suzanne devotes to relaxation she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Working on her own continual learning & development, one example is the setting up of the successful ‘Welwyn Association for Coaching co coaching forum’. Suzanne is a keen and competitive Tennis player, enjoys the social aspects of being a club member and practices Pilates.
