Julia Harvey

Julia manages the Administration team and is responsible for ensuring all In-house courses are organised and run as smoothly and trouble free as possible.

She also heads up our Managed Training Administration Service, planning the training programme for specific clients. Some of our clients already have an internal resource capability which we support, however, for those who do not, Julia is responsible for the following:

  • Scheduling dates
  • Booking training rooms
  • Course bookings and managing waiting lists
  • Issuing course joining instructions
  • Course sign-in sheets
  • Sending course reminders
  • Analysis of skills assessments
  • Course documentation
  • Course evaluation forms and certificates

Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family. With her sister living in Brighton and best friends in London, Julia loves discovering different restaurants and places to go. Julia is a huge fan of chick flicks and will be first in the queue at the cinema, especially if it stars her favourite Actor Ryan Reynolds.
