Aims:

This course is designed for those looking to enhance their leadership skills. It is aimed at individuals who lead projects or groups of people in a non-hierarchical matrix structure or for aspiring leaders of the future.

Objectives:

On completion of this course, attendees will have a very clear understanding of the aspects of leadership that they need to focus on and will have a tailored action plan to aide their development in those areas.

Pre-course preparation:

This programme requires the attendees to complete a 360 feedback process, requiring 3-6 peer to complete it ahead of the programme, as well as answering the questionnaire about themselves.
